These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of services, products, and events provided by Medispa Maui, located at 1445 S. Kihei Rd, Kihei, HI 96753 (“Company,” “We,” “Our,” or “Us”).

By reserving a spot, making a deposit, purchasing a package, or using any of Our services, you (“You” or “Your”) agree to these Terms.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Our services, attend events, or make purchases.

By making a deposit or booking services, You agree to these Terms in full. If You do not agree, You may not access or use Our services.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be reflected with the “Last Updated” date above.

EVENT DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

A $150 deposit is required to secure Your spot for certain events (e.g., the ExoMind & Emsculpt Neo Event).

Deposits are non-refundable, but will be applied toward the cost of any package purchased at the event.

Deposits guarantee access to event-only pricing. Failure to attend forfeits both the deposit and access to event pricing.

PURCHASES & REFUNDS

All service and treatment purchases are final and non-refundable.

Packages must be used within the time frame communicated at the time of purchase (generally 6–12 months).

We do not offer price adjustments on prior purchases if promotional pricing is offered later.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session or deposit at Our discretion.

Repeated no-shows may result in loss of booking privileges.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All images, text, marketing materials, and educational information provided by Us are Our property and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written consent.

Any testimonials, photos, or videos voluntarily provided by patients may be used in Our marketing with appropriate consent.

MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

Treatments and services offered at Medispa Maui are intended for aesthetic, wellness, and educational purposes.

Results vary per individual and cannot be guaranteed.

Nothing provided by Us should be construed as medical advice outside of a direct physician-patient relationship. Always consult your provider regarding Your personal health.

LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By booking or purchasing services, You acknowledge and accept the risks associated with elective aesthetic and wellness procedures.

Medispa Maui, its providers, and staff will not be held liable for outcomes outside of standard risks disclosed during consultation and informed consent.

DISPUTES

Any disputes arising from these Terms or Our services shall first be addressed through good-faith resolution.

If necessary, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Maui County, Hawaii.

CONSENT

By placing a deposit, booking, or purchasing services from Us, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use.
